General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) of WEITOPIA

Preamble:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the website www.weitopia.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTCS without reservation.

  2. Products:
    The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if there are any errors or omissions in this presentation, WEITOPIA cannot be held responsible.

  3. Prices:
    Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). WEITOPIA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

  4. Order:
    The order is validated when the customer accepts the GTCS by checking the corresponding box and confirms the order. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

  5. Payment:
    Payment is made online by credit card through a secure system. The customer’s banking details are not stored by WEITOPIA.

  6. Delivery:
    Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. WEITOPIA commits to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Average delivery times for France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Canada range from 7 to 16 days. Orders may arrive in multiple packages as our products are stored in different warehouses.

Delivery Times:
The delivery times indicated at the time of the order are for information purposes only. Currently, orders are delivered within a period of 7 to 16 days. These times may vary due to possible postal service delays or other specific situations (protests, weather conditions, etc.).

Processing Time:
We ship orders within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that shipping refers to the processing time needed to prepare and send the order, not the delivery time.

Delivery Commitment:
Unless otherwise stated on the website during the ordering process or in the description of the ordered products, the seller commits to deliver the products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract with a consumer client.

Delivery Error or Exchange:
In case of delivery error or exchange (if the right of withdrawal applies, meaning the client is a consumer and the contract for acquiring the product or service allows for withdrawal), any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in full and in perfect condition. Any defect resulting from customer mishandling cannot be attributed to the seller.

Delivery Delay:
Any delay in delivery relative to the date or time indicated to the consumer client at the time of the order or, in the absence of such an indication, more than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract may lead to the cancellation of the sale by the consumer client, upon written request via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If the seller does not fulfill the delivery after being instructed to do so, the consumer client will be reimbursed within fourteen (14) days of the contract's termination. This clause does not apply if the delay is due to a force majeure event.

Parcel Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received:
If the customer informs the seller that the parcel is not in their mailbox even though the tracking number indicates it has been "delivered," customer service may request additional information and an official document from the postal service regarding the relevant tracking number. The seller will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, including, if necessary, sending the products again at its own expense.

  1. Withdrawal:
    In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition.

  2. Return and Refund:
    In case of withdrawal, WEITOPIA agrees to refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Warranty:
    The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant products.

  4. Liability:
    WEITOPIA cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet, including a service outage, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

  5. Personal Data:
    WEITOPIA is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the customer. The collected information will be processed for order management and the sending of commercial offers.

  6. Applicable Law:
    These GTCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
